DO NOT BOND ANY PART OF THE SYSTEM¡¦S GROUNDS WITH THE ENGINE OR NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL (EXCEPT FOR NEGATIVE DC INPUT). THIS COULD DEFEAT THE BUILT IN FILTER. KEEP AIRFRAME GROUND BONDS AS SHORT
AS POSSIBLE AND DO NOT BOND NEAR AN ANTENNA.

THE FOLLOWING ARE DUPLICATES OF PANEL MOUNTED FEATURES: PILOT'S MIC & PHONES JACKS, PILOT'S PUSH-TO-TRANSMIT SWITCH AND MUSIC INPUT JACK (AUX AUDIO INTERFACE). THESE MAY BE HOOKED UO IF A BETTER LOCATION (OTHER THAN INT2000 FACE) CAN BE FOUND. KEEP IN MIND EXTRA WIRES CAN LEAD TO ADDITTIONAL INTERFERENCE. SELECT SPEAKER MODE BY SOLDERING JUMPER AS SHOWN. CONNECT ONE JUMPER ONLY. NO JUMMPER DISABLES SPEAKER FUNCTION. SHOWN ABOVE IS PILOT'S PUSH-TO-TRANSMIT SWITCH WIRED TO PIN 9 AND THE KEY SIDE OF A MICROPHONE JACK. THIS WILL ALLOW THE USE OF A HAND MICROPHONE. WIRING DIAGRAM FOR ARINC CONFIGURATION SHOWN ABOVE IS WIRING FOR ARINC TYPE RADIO. ARINC IS A RADIO STANDARD DEVELOPED FOR AVIATION AND PROVIDES A HIGH DEGREE OF COMPATABILITY BETEEN EQUIPMENT FROM VARIOUS MANUFACTURERS.
